Dave Wells is an awesome sub & truly cares about the students. He brings his wealth of educational & musical performance experiences to each subbing position. 

Dave Wells is my go-to fill-in.  I know that when Dave is covering for me, not only will students NOT slip backwards, I will return to find them ahead and full of great ideas to help them keep improving.  My students speak fondly of Mr. Wells, and they often comment on how helpful he is when he steps in.  I trust Dave with all of my groups!

Dave is a fantastic sub!  Even though Dave is a retired band director, he does a great job with an orchestra. He is a wonderful musician and is not afraid to rehearse the musical ensemble.  I am always happy to have my students work with Dave and know that my students are in very capable hands.

Whenever I've needed a substitute teacher for my band classes, Dave has been number one on my call list. With Dave, my younger students get a crash course of foundational skills that resonates with them and brings focus to their sound. For my older kids, they get an opportunity to rehearse their music with an expert set of ears, along with helpful insight that leads to marked improvement.
